This project is based on my personal life. I was born in New York and moved to Israel when i was nine. since then i feel as if i do not belong in any specific place. The feeling of detachment and estrangement has accompanied me throughout my life and In this project i wanted to show the confusion and mixed emotions i feel due to that fact. The garment is created using different fabrics and prints that i created for this work. the print i made is of an imaginary city, by merging New York and Tel Aviv, i created a new city void of any reality. The dress is comprised of two separate dresses, one is protruding from under the other.
